Adhesive electrode 30 x 22 mm, EMG and polysomnography

Thirty millimetres by twenty-two is the surface needed for surface EMG on a large muscle, for an ECG channel in polysomnography, or for a tibialis electrode that has to hold all night.

Two versions exist, and the difference is in the adhesive, not the active surface. The EMG version is made for a half-hour study: it sticks firmly and comes off easily. The PSG version holds eight hours on sweating skin, and that is what is asked of it.

Taking one for the other is paid for on both sides. A short-study adhesive on an overnight recording lets go around three in the morning; an overnight adhesive on a twenty-minute study takes skin flakes off at removal and irritates the skin for nothing.

Four cable lengths, from 8 to 250 cm, with a 0.7 mm pin on the shortest and touchproof DIN 42802 on the others.
