What we collect, why, and what we do not do.
Audience measurement
We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool that stores nothing on your device and builds no profile. The data is aggregated: page views, referrer, device type. No personal identifier is collected, which is why no consent banner is needed.
Quote requests and messages
The information you enter in a form, institution, department, name, email, phone and message, is used only to handle your request. It is not sold, not transferred, and not used for unsolicited prospecting.
It passes through our host form service and reaches us by email. You may at any time request access, correction or deletion by writing to info@vivamedics.be.
Retention period and any data protection officer: to be specified before going live on the final domain.
Local storage
Your quote request list is kept in your browser, on your device. It only reaches us if you send the request, and you can empty it by removing each line.
