References we hold in stock leave within 48 working hours of receiving your purchase order. Those we order from the manufacturer depend on their own lead time, which we state on the quote.

If only part of your order is available, we tell you before shipping rather than splitting the delivery without warning.

We ship from Belgium to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. For delivery elsewhere in Europe, ask us.

Check the condition of the parcel on receipt. Visible damage must be reported to the carrier and to us as soon as possible, with photos, so that we can open a claim.
