## What we supply

Consumables for sleep diagnostics and neurophysiology, grouped by clinical application
rather than by object type.

- Pastes, gels and skin preparation: adhesive conductive creams, abrasive prep gels,
  adhesive removers.
- Pressure cannulas: nasal and oro-nasal, adult and paediatric, 60 and 210 cm, with or
  without Luer filter.
- EEG electrodes: gold and Ag/AgCl cups, 6 and 10 mm, 100 to 250 cm cable, touchproof
  DIN 42802 connector.

## How buying works

1. The catalogue and the technical data are public and indexable.
2. Prices are not public. They are negotiated per institution.
3. An account is opened by VivaMedics after a request, never by self-registration.
4. Once logged in, the account holder sees their own negotiated terms.
5. Items are added to a request list, which is sent as a quote request. This is not an order.
6. A priced quote follows within 24 working hours.
7. Delivery against a purchase order, invoiced at 30 or 60 days. No card payment.

## Regulatory role

VivaMedics acts as a distributor within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical
devices. CE marking, declaration of conformity and instructions for use are checked on
receipt. Serial and batch traceability is kept and tied to the purchase invoice and to the
customer purchase order. A complaints register is maintained and reported to the
manufacturer.
