Terms of sale

VivaMedics sells exclusively to healthcare professionals and legal entities: hospitals, clinics, sleep laboratories, practices and care centres. We do not sell to private individuals.

Prices are negotiated per institution and are not public. A request sent from the site is neither an order nor a reservation: it triggers a priced quote, which we send within 24 working hours.

The quote states its validity period. Only the quote is binding; no amount displayed elsewhere commits us.

Orders are placed by purchase order, on the basis of the accepted quote. There is no online payment and we do not accept card payment.

The invoice is issued on dispatch, payable at 30 or 60 days according to the terms agreed with your purchasing department. Payment terms between businesses are capped at 60 days under Belgian law.

Delivered products carry the CE marking and come with their instructions for use. We keep serial and lot traceability and provide it on request.

Any incident involving a product must be reported to us: we maintain a complaints register and report them to the manufacturer, in accordance with Regulation 2017/745.

A sterile product, or one whose packaging has been opened, cannot be taken back. For any other return request, write to us before sending anything back.
