Ten20 is the name everyone quotes when EEG paste comes up, and that is not just habit: it holds well enough for a long montage, comes off with water, and does not corrode electrodes.
The tube beats the jar when filling cups one by one: place the nozzle on the central hole and squeeze. The jar stays handier when working with a spatula or transferring to a syringe.
